1. Introduction

Welcome to 88ab, Bangladesh's trusted online casino and sports betting platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of 88ab's website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

88ab reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 88ab Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 88ab strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. Gambling by persons under 21 is prohibited and any account found to be in violation will be immediately suspended.
• You must be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online betting and casino services are not expressly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not already hold an existing active account on 88ab. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be registered on 88ab's self-exclusion list or any third-party exclusion database recognized by the Platform.

88ab reserves the right to request identity verification documentation (KYC) from any user at any time. Failure to provide valid documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension or fund withholding.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each registered user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. 88ab will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect your login credentials.

One Account Per Person

88ab strictly enforces a one-account-per-person policy. Creating multiple accounts — whether in the same name, different names, or using a family member's or friend's details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may lead to the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account banning.

• Using the same device, IP address, or payment method as another registered account may trigger a duplicate-account investigation.
• All duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated winnings or bonuses will be voided.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify 88ab support at [email protected] immediately.

KYC Verification

88ab may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before approving withdrawals or at any stage of using the Platform. Acceptable documents include national identity cards, passports, and other government-issued photo ID. All documents must be valid, legible, and belong to the account holder. Submission of fraudulent documents will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

88ab supports a range of convenient payment methods tailored for users in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and are subject to change at 88ab's discretion.

Accepted Deposit Methods

Withdrawal Policy

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to prevent fraud.
• Withdrawal requests typically require 24-72 hours for processing. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods or when additional verification is required.
• Active bonus wagering requirements (rollover) must be satisfied in full before any withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw funds with outstanding rollover conditions will result in withdrawal rejection.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Free spins credited as part of a promotion are valid for a limited time. Any winnings from free spins are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• 88ab reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing players' accrued bonus balances at the point of cancellation are not affected.

Any player found to be manipulating bonus systems, exploiting promotional offers, or engaging in bonus abuse will have their account suspended and all associated winnings forfeited. This includes coordinated play patterns designed to artificially satisfy rollover conditions.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 88ab are final once confirmed. The following general rules apply to all betting activity:

• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed failure that results in an incorrect price or result being displayed, 88ab reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.

• Any winnings derived from bets placed using fraudulent funds, stolen payment methods, or in breach of these Terms may be reversed and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.

All players on the 88ab Platform are encouraged to set personal limits and to seek help if their gambling habits become concerning.

Players who feel that their gambling activity is no longer within their control are strongly encouraged to make use of the following self-management tools available on the Platform:

• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent account restriction by contacting [email protected]. During the self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access the Platform.
• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 88ab and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of collusion intended to manipulate the outcome of sporting events.
• Use of automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Fraudulent chargebacks, disputed transactions, or using stolen or unauthorized payment methods to fund an account.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening language directed at 88ab staff or other users through any communication channel.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

88ab reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected. Grounds for suspension include, but are not limited to, breach of eligibility rules, identification of duplicate accounts, suspicious betting patterns, failure to complete KYC verification, or receipt of valid legal orders.

Upon termination of your account, any outstanding real-money balance that is not subject to an active investigation or pending forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon account closure.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally by contacting 88ab support shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body.
